I declare to comply with the following and have access to the grant:

Have residence in Spain, at least 2 years before applying for a subsidy.
Be a current resident of Andalusia.
If you are a natural person, the action for which the incentive is requested must be located in the applicant’s habitual residence, not admitting requests for actions to other residences (except for a company).
In the case of not exercising economic activity, the action for which the incentive is requested will not be used for an economic activity (in the case of being a resident).
In the event that they carry out economic activity, they must be considered a micro, small or medium-sized company, in accordance with Annex I of Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014.
For non-profit entities, identify their condition through the NIF consigned in the incentive application. Have no sanctions of any kind.
Document proving the identity of the applicant.
Electricity bills; in the name of the owner and / or company of the property.
That it is up to date with compliance with tax obligations (Treasury).
Has not applied for or obtained grants or aid for the same purpose related to this application.
That the undersigned is the owner of the home or represents the community of owners of the building in which the installation is to be carried out.
In the case of a community of owners, the Board of Owners of the building has agreed to carry out the facilities and submit the application for the subsidy in this call.
